Early Birds

Way to brave the storm. Glad everyone made it to the am workout. Today we did a team workout. (Lauren and Carrie vs. Carol and Tanya). It was a tight race, but Lauren and Carrie pulled it out in the final reps of the push press. Everyone put in a great effort, especially Lauren and Tanya, way to stick it out. I know those push presses were tough.
