Six rounds for time of:

:30 seconds of wallballs
Transition to station 2 by lunging
:30 seconds of kettlebell swings
Transition to station 3 by lunging
:30 seconds of push-ups
Transition to station 4 by lunging
:30 seconds of jump rope
Transition to station 1 by lunging

Awesome work guys this one was tough and you guys fought through it. We had 4 new athletes come and check us out thanks for coming.
